Citelis intervenes in the course of a sale transaction on the Internet when the customer selects payment by credit card (CB national, Visa, Eurocard Mastercard ...).

     * The system asks the user to enter their credit card details.
     * It immediately checks the validity of the card and the presence of a sufficient supply on the account, regardless of the financial institution holding the account of the customer, in France or abroad.
     * After this operation, the customer and the merchant are respectively notified of the outcome of the transaction.

A secure online service for the customer and the company.

 

Security is ensured both by:

     * The encryption of data transferred over the network,

     * The lack of storage bank details of customers on our site
     * * The payment being made on our bank server (CITEL Credit Mtuel)
     * A request for authorization for any transaction to verify the validity of the card and the provision on the account.
