Shipping deadlines

We provide delivery in France, Europe and internationally. Whatever the mode of delivery chosen, you will receive an online tracking link when your order is shipped.

For the majority of catalog items - such as fabrics, ropes, straps, son and strings, home items and bags (excluding clothes HempAge) - The shipment is made within 1 to 72 hours.

Once shipped, average delivery times are 48 hours in France, 4 to 6 days for the rest of Europe and 7 to 9 days for the rest of the world.

Brand clothes HempAge require longer preparation time, between 5 and 12 days. We work in direct collaboration with the German manufacturer, with an automatic inventory update and a weekly reassort made mainly on Tuesday. After receipt in our premises, orders are usually shipped on Friday of the same week. Thus, a placed order on Sunday is shipped approximately 5 days later, while a placed order on Wednesday is shipped on average within 9 days.

Delivery times after expedition remain identical: 48 hours for France, 4 to 6 days for Europe and 7 to 9 days for the rest of the world.

For large quantities or items outside stock (on quote), the shipping time may vary from 3 to 21 days. In this case, the sending can be done directly from our manufacture workshop, with a quote specifying the exact terms and delays.

Shipping rates

For France, the rates vary depending on the weight, with four available shipping modes:

  • Relay

  • Colissimo home without signature

  • Colissimo home with signature

  • DPD Europe (for shipments to Europe)

Parcels are usually shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment. The shipment is via the Post or DPD, with a followed tracking number, and the discount can be done with or without signature according to the chosen option.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees, as well as transportation costs. The latter vary according to the total weight of the package.

To limit costs, we recommend that you consolidate all your items in one order. We can not merge two orders placed separately, and shipping costs will apply to each.

Your package is shipped at your own risk, but we pay special attention to the protection and packaging of fragile objects.
