Would you like to return or exchange an item? The process is quick and easy.

Start by logging in to your account by clicking on your name in the top right corner of the page. Then, go to the "Product Returns" section and click on "New Return or Exchange Request."

Select the order in question (the number appears on your invoice), then click on "Make an Exchange or Return." Select the products you wish to return or exchange, follow the on-screen instructions, and confirm by clicking on "Submit my return request."

If your request concerns a delivery error or an incorrect size sent by us, we will cover the return shipping costs. In this case, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to you by email. You can print it out and affix it to your package, which you can then drop off at a parcel collection point.

In all other cases, the return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility. No label will be provided, and you are free to choose the carrier of your choice.

In the event of an exchange, the return of the product is your responsibility, but the cost of reshipping the new item is covered by our store. Simply select the "exchange" option when submitting your request, then choose the new product you want.

If the new product is less expensive, you will be refunded the difference. If it is more expensive, you will be asked to pay an additional amount before shipping.
