Start by connecting to your account by clicking on your name at the top right of the page.

See you then in the "Back Products" section, and then click on "New Release Reading or Exchange".

Choose the relevant command (the number is on your invoice), and then click "Perform Exchange or Return".

Select the products you want to return, follow the instructions displayed on the screen, and then confirm by clicking on "Submit my return request".

If your request is for a delivery error, an incorrect size, a defective product, etc., we take charge of the return costs. In this case, a prepaid sending label will be sent to you by e-mail, print and paste on your package, which you can then drop in a parcel relay.

In all other cases, the return fee remain the responsibility of the customer. No label will be provided, and you are free to choose the carrier of your choice.

The refund will be made as soon as possible after receipt and inspection of your parcel.

Exchange

Choose the relevant command (the number is on your invoice), and then click "Perform Exchange or Return".

Just select the "Exchange" option when you request the new product and then validate by clicking on "Submit Ma

request ".

The return of the product remains at your expense, but the return costs of the new article are supported by our shop.

If this new product is cheaper, the difference will be refunded. If it is more expensive, a complement will be requested before shipping.
